    Looking for a way to relax this semester? Join UConn Yoga Club!

    Our weekly sessions consist of Hatha Yoga, deep relaxation, and meditation. Our instructor teaches the philosophy of yoga and provides valuable life-long lessons about how to maintain stillness and peace in your life. Every student in college can benefit from taking a moment each week to de-stress and focus on the inner you.

    Our first session of the semester will take place Tuesday, February 3rd from 6:30-7:30pm in the Student Union Room 104.

    Our sessions are suited for any level and no yoga experience required! Please arrive a few minutes early as classes will begin promptly at 6:30. Also, please bring a yoga mat or large towel.
