  • Curious About FERPA?

A live in-person training and discussion session about the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 10:00 am in the Student Union Theatre.  The session will be led by the University's Privacy Officer, Rachel Krinsky Rudnick, and will run approximately 90 minutes.  It will include a basic overview of what FERPA is and to whom it applies.  It will also include a discussion regarding the rights that FERPA provides to students, as well as the roles and responsibilities of University faculty and staff that FERPA requires.  The session is open to all members of the University community and is meant to be informal and interactive.
