UConn Connects is seeking faculty and staff facilitators to help students on academic probation or warning. Facilitators meet with one or two students on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and assist students achieve their academic goals through mentoring and support. It is an opportunity to directly impact and assist in the retention of students who are not achieving academic success. Faculty and staff members from all areas are welcome.
