On Monday, November 3 maritime archaeologist Kroum Batchvarov, head of the Rockley Bay Research Project, will be making a formal announcement of the discovery of a 17th-Century shipwreck in Tobago. The event will be held at the Explorers Club, 46 E 70th Street in New York City.
