    Huskies Forever Weekend: Oct. 24-26, 2014

     

    Catch the Husky spirit! In just two weeks, we kick off a new annual fall tradition in Storrs. Whether you’re 8 or 80, we have something for you to enjoy. Here are some highlights:

     

    Friday, Oct. 24

    • Head back to the classroom, without the exams, at the CLAS College Experience

    • Cheer on the women’s volleyball team at Gampel, or catch MOMIX Dance Company at the Jorgensen

     

    Saturday, Oct. 25

    • Reconnect with classmates and faculty at multiple school and college events

    • Celebrate the Class of 1964 50th Reunion

    • Sample alumni-produced beer, wine, and spirits at the beer and wine tasting

    • Catch a men’s soccer match or MOMIX Dance Company at the Jorgensen

     

    Sunday, Oct. 26

    • Run or walk in the Huskies Forever 5K (register today for a guaranteed race shirt)

    • Stay for the post-race party and BBQ at the Alumni Center (kid-friendly!)

    • Check out the student Homecoming parade and carnival, featuring some of our men’s and women’s basketball players

     

    Alumni, family, and friends are all welcome.
