    Join us for an afternoon with the fabulous Bethany Stevens, lawyer and sexologist by training and disability rights activist. Stevens' talk, entitled "Exposing the Politics and Pleasure of Cripsex" will explore the key issues of silence and lack of political mobilization around sexual and reproductive health the disability community. 

    Bethany Stevens is a sexologist and disability consultant. A passionate lecturer and workshop facilitator, she has given invited talks internationally with a focus on issues related to sexual health of people with disabilities. She maintains a blog, cripconfessions.com, and her work has been published in several peer-reviewed venues including the American Bar Association Human Rights Magazine, Disability Studies Quarterly, UNICEF's Annual Report, and the Center of Women Policy Studies.
