    Yoga for Stress Reduction – A FREE CMHS Workshop!

     

    Please join this FREE Yoga class aimed at reducing your stress!  Classes are taught by Tosca Braun, a Registered Yoga Instructor.  Taught in the Kripalu tradition, these drop-in yoga classes emphasize mindful awareness and self-compassion.  Each class includes a brief overview of yogic philosophy and techniques, centering and yogic breathing components, postures, and a final relaxation.  Yoga classes are designed for all skill-levels.

     

    No registration required, come to as many or as few classes as you like!  Classes are on a drop-in basis, running weekly for the fall semester.  Mats are provided; just make sure to come in comfortable clothing!

     

    When: Mondays 12:00-1:00pm and 4:00-5:00pm, Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

    Where:  4th Floor of the Arjona Building, Rm 403

    Who: UConn students, faculty and staff are all welcome, no prior yoga experience required!
