    The Institute for Teaching & Learning offers the following workshop on October 17th.

    Teaching Reading in a Writing Course
    So often when we think our students are struggling as writers the problem is that they are struggling as readers. This workshop will share ideas for assessing our students’ ability to read the material we have assigned and for then helping the students to understand the reading (and to progress from there to writing).
