The Interaction and Leadership Program (ILP) is open for fall 2014 registration. ILP focuses on improving interaction skills and building relationships with peers and customers to enable employee success at work. The program is designed for all UConn employees (both faculty and staff). The three-session program includes:
- DiSC Workplace: Discovering Your Work Style
- Communicating with Impact
- Navigating Beyond Conflict
