  • 10/28 Being LatinA in the United States

    For part 2 of the 2014 Latin@ Educational Series, a panel of Latina women will discuss their experiences on being LatinAs in the U.S. and how factors such as migration or immigration, acculturation, oppression, gender role expectations and socioeconomic realities have influenced their identity, relationships and achievements. Implications for social work practice will be discussed. This program has been approved for 2 CEC.
