Meet Rick Bohadik, Colonial Life benefits representative, to learn about Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance and how it can help to protect your paycheck. This Short Term Disability Insurance provides a monthly benefit to replace a portion of your income when you are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury. Coverage is guaranteed renewable to age 70.
Optional Health Screen Rider: Provides a benefit for 18 screening tests
Portability: Should you leave the State's employment, you may retain this coverage without a change in premium or benefit
Variety: Many benefit choices to suit your needs
If you have not reviewed your coverage in the past two years, you can see Rick at this time. Premiums are payroll deducted.
