Alzheimer’s Association International Research Grant Program – New Investigator Research Program
The Alzheimer's Association is excited to announce its 2015 New Investigator Research Grant Program. Application procedures and key dates are now available, visit alz.org/grants for information regarding eligibility and requirements.
Letters of intent must be received by 5:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, September 24, 2014.
New Investigator Research Grant (NIRG)
Funds the next generation of promising scientists who have earned their doctoral degrees within the last 10 years.
New Investigator Research Grant to Promote Diversity (NIRGD) Funds new investigators from diverse backgrounds with intent to support early career development that will lay groundwork for future research grants.
Mentored New Investigator Research Grant to Promote Diversity (MNIRGD) Funds mentored research conducted by underrepresented researchers. Please note, applications to the MNIRGD program will be accepted from individuals with full time positions at their respective institution, including senior postdoctoral fellows (minimum 3yrs), instructors, and above.
