    In support of the University's mission, Procurement Services is strongly committed to providing high quality products and excellent customer service to meet the needs of the entire campus community. In an effort to ensure that our University contracts continue to provide the products and service you need to support your daily operations, we are reaching out to you, our valued customer, to request your feedback on current offerings and service provided by OfficeMax, the University’s office supply partner.

    We ask that you take a few moments to participate in a brief survey regarding order your OfficeMax experience to date. All responses are anonymous, and your input in greatly appreciated. We ask that all responses be received no later than Monday, August 11, 2014. Your feedback is a key component in ensuring we have a strong partnership with OfficeMax and that they continue to meet the needs of the campus community.
