Health Enhancement Program (HEP) Chronic Care Payment
The Health Enhancement Program (HEP) chronic care payment of $100 per eligible family will be paid in the August 8, 2014 payroll check.
The payments and those who are to receive them were decided by a review of claims data and stipulated agreement between SEBAC and OLR.
