On Wednesday, February 5th Olympic great Misty May-Treanor is coming to UConn! May-Treanor is regarded as one of the greatest Olympians of all time. She has won an unprecedented three gold medals in beach volleyball in the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. Through the physical pain, the stressors of everyday life, and the pressure to win gold, Misty’s story is truly inspiring.
All are welcome to Jorgensen on Wednesday, February 5th as Misty May-Treanor shares her personal experiences through the Sydney, Athens, Beijing, and London games. After May-Treanor shares her story, there will be an open Q&A session where the audience can ask her their questions.
