  • Benton Shows Film on UConn Student Protest

    Film Showing and Discussion of "Diary of a Student Revolution," a documentary chronicling ten days of student protests on the UConn Storrs campus in 1968. [Running time: 58 minutes]

    The film is being shown in conjunction with Making the Movement Move: Photography, Student Activism, and Civil Rights, an exhibition that was organized in collaboration with Professor Michael Orwicz's independent study course. It was made possible with generous support from Connecticut Humanities; Sheldron and Helen Seplowitz; Human Rights Institute, UConn; University of Connecticut Humanities Institute; Thomas J. Dodd Research Center, UConn; and Michael Lee, Lee Gallery.

    Admission is free. Donations are appreciated.
