Attention all performing groups on campus!
Hi, my name is Sarah and I am an intern at the Student Alumni Association. Every year, we facilitate the Senior Block Party event at the Alumni Building on campus. This year, the event will be on April 30 from 6-8 PM. It will be a fun an stress-free event with free food, t-shirts, etc. for students who are about to graduate.
We are currently looking for entertainment! If your group is looking for to book a show which will get you a lot of exposure, this is a great opportunity for you! We are looking for actors, musicians, dancing groups, and more. Though we tentatively plan to have four half hour time slots during which each group would perform on a small stage, the schedule is flexible. For instance, if you are an improv group which requires a lot of audience participation, we are open to the idea of offstage/spontaneous performances. The more creative, better!
