Are you a new or transfer student that needs help getting connected and setup for the upcoming semester?
HuskyTech is UCONN’s Student Technology support group. Our primary goal is to help support students’ digital lives at the University. During Spring opening, come visit HuskyTech where we can speed up your slow computer and make sure that all of your technology needs are met for the upcoming semester.
Our services include the following:
- Google Apps – Assistance setting up your UConn Google Apps Account on computers or mobile devices.
- Email Setup – Any issue with forwarding email or setting up third party programs.
- Computer Setup – Assistance in preparing your computer or mobile device for the network. (SafeConnect, antivirus, updates)
- Software Installation – Support for software (Antivirus, free MS Office, myUConn App) installed on a student’s computer or mobile device.
- SkyBox Support – Any issue related to connecting to the university’s virtual computer program that provides free software and storage.
