    Customber Service training, known as Platinum Husky Service (PHS), is available for all employees.  There is no cost to attend.  Each employee must have supervisory approval, and attend all three sessions from 9am-Noon, Storrs, Student Union, Room 310:

    2. The Turnaround Experience, Tuesday, March 26
    3. The Internal Customer, Tuesday, April 2
