  • The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi seeks Faculty

The National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi Chapter 59 (UConn) seeks faculty leaders to serve on its Executive Committee. Current membership in PKP is not required, though membership will be extended to all officers on the board. The Executive Committee organizes events including student initiation, and solicits nominations and selects students for prestigious Chapter awards at the Undergraduate and Graduate level. In addition, students may be nominated for National Awards.

As noted, PKP recognizes and promotes academic excellence in all fields of higher education. Its motto is:

“Let the love of learning rule humanity’”

Self-nominations and nominations of others (with their permission) are encouraged. Nominees should submit answers to the following questions by email to Lawrence Silbart (Lawrence.Silbart@uconn.edu).

Evaluation of nominations will begin on December 7th, 2018.
