On Tuesday, April 24th at 6:30pm in Laurel 201 the UConn Law Society will be hosting Brian Brokate and Kristen Smith of Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP based in New York, New York.
Brian Brokate is the Managing Partner of Gibney's Intellectual Property Group. He handles matters related to trademarks and copyrights.
Kristen Smith is a Partner of the firm's Corporate Group.
Both speakers will be answering questions in a Q&A style panel. This is an excellent opportunity for students who aspire to practice law to learn from two accomplished lawyers. Refreshments will be served and all students are welcome to attend.
