OPIM Innovate is excited to partner with the Werth Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation on our first workshop in the Blockchain Builders Challenge sponsored by the Hanover Insurance Group. The workshop will be held, Friday, March 30th from 1:00PM - 3:00PM in the School of Business Board Room, Rm 321. Food and refreshments will be made available for participants.
The discussion will include an overview of blockchain technology as well as its applications across the insurance industry. We will touch on its strengths and weaknesses in areas such as cryptocurrency, accounting, and finance. This is a great opportunity for those wanting to understand what Blockchain is and how it is going to disrupt many sectors of business in the near future. We will be providing additional resources for those who would like to learn more. There are only 30 seats available so please register ahead of time.
