  • 3/19 Scantron Exam Scanning Service Moved to Library

The Scantron Exam Scanning Service has moved to Homer Babbidge Library.

    Exam Drop Box Locations
Information Technology Services (ITS) and the Library have partnered to provide two new drop off locations for exams in the Library. One blue box is located outside of Bookworms. The second is beside the ITS Help Center desk on the first floor. The exam drop box in the Gant Science Complex is available until April 1, 2018.

    Packaging Exams for Scanning
When you prepare your exams for drop off, please ensure that

    • No ink, stray marks, or correction fluid are on any of the sheets, including the key sheets. This condition could cause damage to the machine and incorrect scoring of the exams.
    • All completed answer sheets face the same direction.
    • Exams are in clean, large envelopes with a clasp for secure closure. On the envelope, write the name of the instructor and unit number

    Exam Return
Exam results will be emailed to you the following business day. The scanned sheets will be returned to you via campus mail. If you would like to pick up your exams, note that preference on the envelope along with contact information. You will be notified by ITS staff when you can pick up the scanned exams from the ITS Help Center desk on the first floor of the Library.
