InfoEd for UConn Health Unavailable

The Office of the Vice President for Research, Research IT Services would like to inform faculty, staff, and students that we will be performing routine maintenance on the UConn Health InfoEd database server over the holiday weekend – January 13-15, 2018. Beginning at 8:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2018, and continuing through 8:00 AM, Monday, January 15, 2018, the UConn Health InfoEd portal will be unavailable. During the maintenance period, we will be upgrading our database to Oracle Database 12c. The upgrade is necessary for a planned InfoEd system upgrade scheduled later this month and the launch of the InfoEd Conflict of Interest module later this quarter. The system will be restored for regular use on Monday morning.
We appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation as we complete maintenance on the system. If you are unable to access InfoEd UConn Health after the maintenance period closes or if you have questions, please contact the eRA Help Desk at era-support@uconn.edu or 860-486-7944.
