Anyone willing to donate please complete the UHP Sick Bank Form by downloading from the link, be sure to sign it, and fax it to Joann Lamere of HR at 860.679.4660 or to Mary McCuin at 860.674.0525. Note that AAUP faculty members also have the option of donating time to UHP members.
Attention Postdocs: Any of your time you don’t take before the end of the year goes away, so please consider donating either to one of the members listed above or to UHP’s general bank.
Please know that confidentiality and dignity are protected and the recipients are not notified by HR or UHP of the names of the donors. So, for the members on the list, please know that they send you their sincere thanks for your kindness and generosity.
