Recognition is most effective when it happens by a variety of people in many ways. Proudly, UConn Health has a strong culture of recognition and this fall season kicks-off several events including Fall Festival, Employee Service Recognition, and the Dr. Deckers Employee Appreciation Award.
In the spirit of genuine recognition, co-workers, peers, and leaders we need your help. Please serve as a volunteer at one or all of the upcoming events. The good news – it’s easy and fun! Volunteers can serve as greeters, servers, check-in staff, or simply lend an extra pair of helping hands.
Anytime you can give is appreciated but we ask that you commit to a minimum of 30 minutes. Employees interested in volunteering should obtain manager/supervisor participation pre-approval.
