The 2017 SEBAC Agreement includes several benefit changes to the State of Connecticut Employee Health Plan, effective October 1, 2017. To provide additional information, the Office of the State Comptroller and insurance vendors will be on-site at UConn Health today:

Please note - employees will not be permitted to switch plans as a result of SEBAC changes.
The Health Enhancement Program (HEP) remains the same; preventative visits must be completed by December 31, 2017. To help employees fulfill these requirements, UConn Health representatives will be available during the session to schedule appointments.
