Garage 2 cleaning and line striping will begin this Saturday, July 15, and continue through Friday, July 21.
We plan to close the garage entrance at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 17, and Tuesday, July 18. In the event of weather delays the garage entrance may also be closed at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday as needed. Over the weekend the work will occur during the day time from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with special care taken to minimize the impacts on patient and staff parking. On weeknights the work will occur between the hours of 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. Barricades will be put in place to secure areas as the work crew moves through the garage. Please use extra caution when driving and walking in the garage during this time period.
As a reminder the garage top level, above the blue barricades is for patient and emergency vehicle parking only. When Garage 2 is closed people with and Area 1 permit should plan to park in other available Area 1 or Area 3 locations on campus.
