OFFICIAL NOTICE:
The UCH Surplus Property Public Store is open every Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, except on official State Holidays. The store is located in the UConn Health Central Warehouse on Circle Road by the Firehouse. The store features many items ranging from computers, printers, monitors, office furniture, lab equipment, decorative framed art, and other related items and supplies. If you purchase an item, it must be removed by the store's closing time at 3:00 PM.

Sale Policy:
Items are sold or transferred "as is, where is", and are not returnable. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards. There are ATM Machines conveniently located in the OP Lobby across the street from the Central Warehouse and in the Cafeteria Lobby in the Main Building. A cash and carry policy will be in effect for all sales.
Regular Store Hours:
Public Sales are every Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, except official State Holidays. Public sale items may only be viewed and purchased during the stated store hours on Friday.
Items are available to State Agencies, Municipal Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please schedule an appointment by calling 860-679-1956 or 679-1960. Please contact Lisa Nuzenski regarding payment and/or transfer process.
