2017 Open Enrollment: October 1 – October 31
MEDFLEX is a benefit that provides a tax-free way to pay out-of-pocket medical care expenses (between $520 and $2,500) not covered by our State health and dental plans. This will allow you to save money on the cost of these products and services.
The Dependent Care Assistance Program, DCAP, is a flexible spending account (FSA) which offers significant tax advantages in helping you pay for qualified dependent care expenses.
Progressive Benefit Solutions (PBS) is the State’s third party administrator for both MEDFLEX and DCAP, and can be reached at 866-906-8023.
All participants may either enroll online via the PBS website or must submit a completed enrollment form for the 2017 plan year to PBS by 10/31/2016:

The plan will not accept any late enrollments. Therefore, it is highly recommended that participants keep a copy of the completed election form and proof of submission.
