  • Gentle Yoga Class Wednesdays

    This is a gentle, calming, and mind body awareness yoga practice through breathing techniques (pranayama) & slower pace basic asanas (yoga poses to stretch & strengthen the body) with attention to alignment. All levels are welcome for a relaxing, soothing and stress relieving experience. Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Registration is not required. Cost is $5/class.
