The fire/smoke dampers in the Outpatient Pavilion will be inspected today through Saturday, April 28, during the day. This testing is required by the CONNECTICUT STATE FIRE SAFETY CODE and is being conducted by Simplex, our fire alarm contractor, and Freeman Air, licensed damper inspectors. This testing is to insure the 73 dampers in the building ductwork close properly to prevent smoke or fire from circulating within the building during a fire.
