Hello student group leaders,
Spring Weekend 2018 planning is underway! Registration for Spring Weekend events is now open. ALL on campus events must be registered with the Spring Weekend Committee, whether or not they are official Spring Weekend events. This includes club meetings and non-Spring Weekend events that happen to fall between April 19-21. All groups can also apply to host official Spring Weekend events. After you submit your application/registration, a Spring Weekend staff member will reach out to schedule a meeting and discuss your event. Additionally, beginning in February, we will form the full Spring Weekend Planning Committee. All groups hosting official Spring Weekend events must send a representative to these bi-weekly meetings.
Because there was some confusion as to what is considered "on-campus" last year, use the link to apply if you have any doubts as to whether or not a location is on campus or not. If your events turns out to not be on campus, a Spring Weekend staff member will let you know.
Please discuss these events with your groups as soon as you can. Application due date is Feb 16.
