The UConn men’s basketball team will host an exclusive Student Open Practice on Friday evening to give students a chance to get to know the 2017-18 team from 6 to 7 p.m. in Gampel Pavilion.
The open practice will consist of player introductions, music and a 30-minute session of team drills – with head coach Kevin Ollie concluding the evening by addressing the crowd and picking winners of the enter-to-win contests.
All UConn students are encouraged to attend. Enter-to-win prizes include UConn Nike gear, Beats headphones and Xbox One games. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. (ET), with the event beginning at 6 p.m. (ET).
