On Sunday, September 24th at 2pm the UCONN Asian American Cultural Center, UConn Counseling & Mental Health Services - CMHS and UConn College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources will be hosting an event for Suicide Prevention Week 2017!

Starting at the UConn Dairy Bar at 2pm near Horsebarn Hill, the walk will be led by personnel from the School of Agriculture.  Join us as we go to the UConn forest and partake in the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, a practice of retreating into the forest to meditate and unwind, allowing one to immerse themselves into the natural setting of the forest. All are welcome to come and relax!!

Please remember to wear walking shoes and long-sleeved clothes, bring drinking water, and bug-spray will be provided.

There will be FREE Suicide Prevention Week t-shirts and Dairy Bar Ice Cream (**single scoop tokens available to the first 25 participants only**).
