Looking for a way to become involved? Interested in an immersive weekend trip focused on food insecurity in urban environments? If so, apply to the Community Outreach Food Insecurity in Urban Environments Spring Weekend Alternative Break. Alternative breaks are a great way to become more educated on critical social issues as well as meeting like-minded and passionate students. UConn students will be partnering together with members of the New Haven community and participating in direct service, hands on activities, team bonding, and reflections. We will be traveling to New Haven on the weekend of April 7th-9th. Applications close February 15th at noon!
