The Health Education Office has a monthly competition called Show Us Your Bedhead! To encourage healthy sleep habits, students can submit a picture of their bedhead to healthed@uconn.edu along with the number of hours they slept that night. Students who wish to remain anonymous can send in a photo of the back of their head. These photos will be put up in our Relaxation Station and visitors will be able to vote on them. At the end of each month, the winner will receive a prize bag. Visit our office to learn more in Wilson Hall Room 125.
