  • 12/7 Yuletide From Different Perspectives

With the holiday season here in full effect, come out and spend an evening filled with thought provoking conversations and fun festivities.
Yuletide From Different Perspectives seeks to provide the audience with a wealth of knowledge, as it relates to cultural practices and traditions, while also encouraging us to decolonize our minds from stereotypes and misrepresentation towards certain members of our society.
This night of celebration will bring awareness to all holidays (i.e Christmas, Kwanzaa, Three Kings Day, Hanukkah, Ramadan, just to name a few).
In the end you'll leave with new friendships, novelties, a full stomach, and a smile on your face.
Yuletide From Different Perspectives will begin in the Student Union Theatre at 6:00 PM with a lecture on Islamophobia, then audience members will be instructed to move upstairs into the Student Union Ballroom for mingling, holiday music, dinner, and much more.
