Irish state radio (RTE) arts broadcaster and Abbey Theatre dramatist Vincent Woods will speak about A Cry From Heaven, his poetic retelling of the Deirdre legend, which received its world premiere at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, in 2005. The talk will encompass both ancient and contemporary Irish literature. AUST 202 at 11am on 11/3 (Thursday)
