Spend a leisurely Sunday afternoon at the beautiful Tolland Green as the UConn Chamber Singers perform as part of the “Music on the Green” concert. There, the choir will perform a variety of pieces from the classic rock styling’s of Freddie Mercury to the more classical works by Heinrich Schütz and Paul Mealor, to a return to classic rock with the groovy tunes of Laura Nyro. The concert will also highlight some of UConn’s outstanding solo singers. Music on the Green will be held at the United Congregational Church of Tolland in Tolland, Connecticut. Donations are gratefully accepted.
