Family Weekend Choral Concert presented by the Department of Music. Jamie Spillane, director. 2 p.m., von der Mehden Recital Hall.
This Family Weekend, come to the von der Mehden Recital Hall and experience a selection of the University of Connecticut’s finest choirs, from the Men’s Glee Club to Voices of Freedom. They will perform a wide variety of genres from Renaissance era pieces to more recent works. The event will be held at the von der Mehden Recital Hall across from Storrs Center at 2 PM on Saturday, October 1st. It’s free and open to all who enjoy fantastic music.
