Do you want to make a positive impact in the life of a child in the local community? - Big Brothers Big Sisters might be for you!
Big Brothers Big Sisters is a mentoring program where a UConn student is paired with a child in a local community, either Windham or Willimantic. Once a week, we will take you to see your little for an hour and half and encourage forming a bond, helping with homework, and just being a friend!
We have programs run Monday through Thursday, with times ranging from 2 - 5pm.
If you are interested in being a part of this program, please come to one of our two info sessions to pick up an application packet: Thursday, 9/15 from 5-6pm in Laurel Hall 205 and Friday, 9/16 from 1-2 pm in Laurel Hall 205.
