Our partnership with Camp Horizons provides adults, with physical and intellectual disabilities, an opportunity to engage in social and recreational activities in the most inclusive setting with maximum participation possible. We travel to Camp Horizons in Windham on Saturdays and spend time interacting with members of the camp in a varity of fun ways. This includes doing arts & crafts and playing games. Participants will get to work collaboratively as a group and plan out activities/lessons to do each Saturday.
All transportation is provided by Community Outreach.
