A message from the Mansfield Downtown Partnership:
"The Town of Mansfield has instituted new time limits for the on-street parking in Storrs Center. On-street parking is now either 30 minutes or 1 hour, as signed. Visitors are encouraged to check the signage when they park.
The 30 minute spaces are in front of 9 Dog Lane; on Storrs Road in front of 8 Royce Circle and 12 Royce Circle; and next to 28 Royce Circle (Educational Playcare). There are a limited number of 30 minute spots in front of E. O. Smith High School. The 1 hour spaces are located on Wilbur Cross Way; on Storrs Road in front of 1 Dog Lane and the UConn School of Fine Arts; and on Storrs Road in front of the Mansfield Town Hall and Price Chopper. Parking is enforced twenty-four hours a day.
The Dog Lane Parking Lot offers free, 2-hour parking. The Storrs Center parking garage is free for the first two hours and then just $1/hour thereafter with a maximum daily charge of $8. Overnight parking is available in the Storrs Center parking garage for $2/hour (between midnight and 6:00 AM) with a maximum overnight charge of $12."
