Come see the Voices of Freedom Gospel Choir at 6 PM on Saturday, April 9th, at von der Mehden Recital Hall. Voices of Freedom will be singing a wide array of gospel hymns, such as “Save Your People,” “Freedom,” “Fill My Cup, Lord,” “Worth,” “He’s International,” “The Corinthian Song,” and “I Will Call Upon the Lord.” Soloists include Dijon Holness, Elizabeth Turner, Anthony Campbell Jr., Lennix Cuffy, Malik Marseille, Aaliyah Harris, Jovonne Pullen, and Vanessa Gay. von der Mehden is located at 875 Coventry Road. General Admission is $10, and free for students and children. Free and well-lit parking is available across the street.
