Health, Wellness, and Safety

  • 4/11 Health Educations Knitting Group

Join Health Education’s Knitting Group on Mondays from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. in South Campus Wilson Hall room 125 for Knitting, Crocheting, and Looming.  Learning these techniques can reduce stress and help solidify newly learned information from courses.  Crafting helps improve hand-eye coordination, lower blood pressure and relaxes the body.  The yarn supplied and lessons are free for students.  Needles, hooks and looms can be signed out and returned at the end of the semester.
