Each year, we honor graduates (undergraduate and graduate students), faculty, and departments for their accomplishments beneficial to UConn and diverse communities of gender identities, gender expressions and sexualities. Graduates of diverse communities of gender identities, gender expressions and sexualities, including allies, need to register to participate. We are honored to have Senator Beth Bye as our keynote speaker and Dominique Battle-Lawson as our Alumnus Speaker. Friends and family are welcome. We need everyone’s assistance in nominate deserving candidates for the Lavender Graduation Awards!
Participating graduates will receive a Rainbow Center stole, pin, and tassel that can be worn at the UConn commencement ceremony. Please invite friends and family to attend.
