  • Engineering HuskyTHON Team

This year Engineers without Borders is teaming up with other engineering clubs to create a HuskyThon team called Engineering for Impact. This team is open to ALL engineers and we encourage that everyone join our team in some way. You can register as a dancer, where you are responsible for fundraising throughout the whole year either through your own donor drive page or through various events with your team. The night of HuskyThon is the culmination of all the hard work you put in to raise money for this great cause. It also gives you many opportunities to interact with the kids of which your donations are going to help.

Another great option is to become a volunteer on our team. Volunteers still help raise money throughout the year and instead of staying the full 18 hours of the dance marathon, they come for only 3 hours.

To register to be a dancer or volunteer, go to huskython.uconn.edu, click the register for donor drive link, and sign up under the team name Engineering for Impact. The last day to register is 2/6/16, so act fast!

HuskyTHON is an incredible way to get involved on campus, make a huge impact, and boost your resume all at the same time!
