Looking for a hands-on, fulfilling, and lucrative engineering career? Consider Environmental Engineering (ENVE)!
The ENVE major trains students to address cross-disciplinary environmental problems. Environmental engineers deal with structures, equipment, and systems that are designed to protect and enhance the quality of the environment and to protect and enhance public health and welfare. They are involved in efforts to improve recycling, waste disposal, public health, water resources management, and air pollution control. With a growing emphasis on environmental protection, resource management and sustainable systems, job growth continues to increase for Environmental Engineers.
