The Technology Advantage Program (TAP) provides a range of technology training to participants as well as networking, mentoring and programming intended to develop or sharpen professional skills, leadership, business knowledge and career readiness. In today’s challenging business environment, in order to be gainfully employed, individuals need strong technical skills along with an education to be successful.
